How do I send in a new prescription?
Ask your doctor to e-prescribe to: Remedy Pharmacy Corp. or have them call us at (347) 721-9292. We’ll send you a text to set up payment and schedule your free delivery once your order is ready. Rest assured – we’re on it.
How do I transfer refills?
Contact us and share which medications you’d like to transfer and we’ll take it from there. We’ll reach out to your old pharmacy, obtain your insurance information, and transfer your refills to Remedy. You’ll receive a text to set up payment and to schedule your free delivery when it’s time for your next refill.
How does Remedy work?
We receive your prescription(s) from your doctor or your previous pharmacy. We then fill your prescriptions and text you to schedule your free delivery. We coordinate co-pays with your insurance and handle refills with your doctor.
How do I refill my medications?
We work with your insurance company and doctor to process your prescription(s) so you never run out or pay too much. You’ll get a text to schedule delivery as soon as your refill is ready.
